What is a Photo Booth?
The idea of a photo booth means different things to different people. But the underlying principle of a photo booth is: fun photos and instantaneous results.
Photo booths are a great addition to a wedding reception - they add to the fun and laughter of the occasion. The end result is loads of unique photos of family / friends.
The One Million Moments Photo Booth
Our photo booth is a modern, digital version of the traditional photo booth. It's kind of like a portable photographic studio. Let's explain -
We use a professional camera (on a tripod) with professional lighting (umbrella flashes etc). As soon as a photo is taken it is instantly transmitted to a nearby laptop for all to see. All we need is a few metres of wall-space - there's no oversized booth, it doesn't need to dominate the room. We bring along a range props that are fun, and allow people to be creative (more detail below).
We're conscious that the photo booth is one small part of a reception. We take the time to liaise with you about how your photo booth will work and when the appropriate time to 'open' the photo booth is (usually after formalities have concluded).
What are the benefits of a Photo Booth?
Lots of fun, unique and professional photos of your wedding guests (and you!).
An extra dimension to your wedding reception that contrasts nicely with the formalities.
The perfect way for your guests to let their hair down and have a laugh.
Instant results on a laptop screen! And we'll upload the photo booth images onto Facebook and/or our website (as you please) within days of your wedding. You'll love having some professional photos from your big day back so quickly - it keeps the good vibe of your big day going!
Do you provide props?
Yes.
We use props that encourage and harness the creativity of you and your guests. Handheld blackboards, empty picture frames, oversize scrabble letters, fun eyewear.......you get the idea!
And - of course - you are welcome to bring your own!
